Otafrigya on the Move: Hon. Bismark Tawiah Boateng Demonstrates Unmatched Leadership Across Four Constituencies

Another hot Saturday on the 6th December 2025 in the Eastern Region of Ghana once again highlighted the relentless commitment of Hon. Bismark Tawiah Boateng to maintaining strong grassroots engagement and showing deep solidarity with the people. The day began in the Westley International Branch of the Juabeng South Constituency, where he attended the funeral of a dedicated Branch Chairman whose contributions had been instrumental in strengthening the party’s base in Koforidua and its environs. Hon. Boateng’s presence was not just ceremonial; it reflected his consistent recognition of the value of party structures and the individuals who uphold them daily. His early morning participation symbolized respect, appreciation, and the continuation of his long-standing tradition of honouring party faithful in moments of grief. As attendees observed, his ability to combine empathy with leadership continues to reinforce his stature as a unifier within the region.

From Koforidua, the Team proceeded to Awukugua in the Okere Constituency, where Hon. Bismark Tawiah Boateng joined mourners at the funeral of the late mother of Hon. George Opare Addo, popularly known as Pablo, the Minister of Youth Development & Employment. This gesture went beyond the routine political courtesy; it demonstrated a deep sense of fraternity and loyalty to colleagues within the party. Sympathising with Pablo at such a significant moment underscored Hon. Boateng’s belief in strengthening relationships through presence, compassion, and shared humanity. His interactions with traditional leaders, party members, and community dwellers further reflected his grounded approach to leadership—one that respects cultural values while reinforcing unity among key political actors. The warmth and sincerity with which he engaged the bereaved family affirmed yet again his reputation as a dependable and thoughtful leader.

The convoy then shifted from Okere to Mampong in the Akuapem North Constituency, where Hon. Bismark Tawiah Boateng extended sympathy to Hon. Anthony Gyampo, who was laying his mother-in-law to rest. This stop highlighted Hon. Boateng’s belief that leadership is not only measured by public achievements but also by the ability to stand with others during their most difficult moments. By supporting Hon. Gyampo and the entire family, he demonstrated that the bonds within the political fraternity transcend political seasons and official duties. The community received him warmly, and many noted that his visit brought comfort and a sense of solidarity. His remarks and interactions with local party members equally revived hope and confidence in the region’s political direction as they look ahead to future party activities and the strengthening of Akuapem North as a strategic constituency.

Just after Mampong, the Team journeyed to Adeiso in the Upper West Akim Constituency, bringing their long and demanding day to a close. This final engagement was centered around the funeral of the mother of the Member of Parliament for the constituency, where Hon. Boateng once again showed genuine compassion and solidarity. Despite the physical toll of covering multiple constituencies within a single day, his dedication remained evident as he interacted with family, community members, and party executives. His presence in Adeiso reaffirmed his belief that leadership requires constancy—being available not only during campaigns and celebrations but also in times of sorrow. Many party supporters expressed admiration for his consistency, remarking that such commitment demonstrates the calibre of leadership needed to steer the Eastern Region toward greater unity and strategic growth.

Through these multiple engagements in New Juabeng South, Okere, Akuapem North, and Upper West
