Strategic Mobilization: NDC's Branch Profiling Workshop in Tinkong Lays Groundwork for December Victory

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) continues to reinforce its grassroots strength as part of a broader technique to secure victory in the upcoming December 7, 2024 elections. On the 22nd of August 2024, the Tinkong Methodist Church in the Akropong Constituency became the venue for an exceptional workshop dedicated to branch profiling—a critical element in the NDC’s electoral preparedness. 


The workshop, organized by the Constituency Organizer, Ernest Adom Dikoh, with the support of his deputy, Matthew Antwi, was designed to empower party operatives with the skills necessary for effective branch management. Ernest Dikoh introduced the purpose of the program, stressing the importance of branch profiling in identifying and organizing key support bases throughout the constituency. This strategic focus on grassroots engagement is aimed at maximizing voter turnout and ensuring every branch is well-prepared to contribute to the overall success of the party.


High-profile constituency executives attended the workshop, signaling the event’s significance. Constituency Chairman Daniel Awere, who delivered a rousing speech, underscored the vital role each branch plays in the party's electoral machinery. His message resonated with the trainees, reinforcing their commitment to the NDC’s cause. The presence of other key figures, such as Constituency Secretary Isaac Batsa Hamillin, IT Director Ivan Akuffo, Deputy Communications Officer Jacob Ganyo, Constituency Treasurer, and his deputy, Banahene and Kingsford Kalefe, Deputy Regional IT Director,  Atenas Frederick Kofi added further credibility to the workshop, ensuring it was both comprehensive and impactful.



The technical sessions led by IT Director Ivan Akuffo and Deputy Regional IT Director Atenas Frederick provided participants with advanced insights into branch profiling techniques. These sessions were instrumental in equipping trainees with the skills needed to manage their branches effectively, enhancing the party’s ability to mobilize and secure votes.


The workshop’s successful execution is a clear indication of the NDC’s strategic focus on grassroots empowerment. By ensuring that every branch is well-organized and fully prepared, the party is laying the groundwork for a decisive victory in the December elections. This commitment to thorough preparation and strategic mobilization offers full assurance that the NDC is ready to meet the challenges of the upcoming polls with confidence and resolve.
