The Ultimate Surge: The Upcoming Akuapem Waves Victory Walk Fuels the Drive for NDC Victory

By Edwin Kobina Amoquandoh

On Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 6 AM, the youth of Akuapem will gather in a historic show of strength and solidarity during the much-anticipated Akuapem Waves Victory Walk. The event, which begins at Mampong OPK’s Joint and ends at the Aban Anim (Okuapemhene’s Palace) in Akropong, is set to demonstrate the unity and determination of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as they march toward victory in the upcoming elections.

Organized by the dynamic Youth Wing Commander, Hon. Ahmmed Agbenyadzi, and the NDC Youth Wing Department, this symbolic walk aims to energize the base and rally the support needed to bring about much-needed change. With the current NPP government under scrutiny for its governance, the youth of Akuapem North are stepping up, eager to secure their future by ensuring the NDC’s return to power on January 7, 2025.

Hon. Agbenyadzi, known for his vibrant leadership, has urged all NDC members and sympathizers to join the walk, emphasizing that now is the time to rise against the “disturbing” conditions brought on by the current administration. The youth, he believes, hold the key to the future, and their active participation in shaping it cannot be overstated.

The Akuapem Waves Victory Walk is not just a march; it is a movement that seeks to unite, inspire, and motivate every individual who believes in the vision of the NDC. It is a call for change—a change that the youth of Akuapem North are determined to bring to fruition.

All party members, supporters, and well-wishers are invited to be part of this history-making event. Let’s walk together in unity, strength, and hope as we pave the way for the NDC’s victory in Akuapem North.

Together, we will make history!
