The first phase kicked off on the 22nd of August 2024 at the Tinkong Methodist Church in the Lower Hills, followed by the second phase today, the 23rd of August 2024, at the Apostolic Church of Ghana in Mamfe, located in the Upper Hills. These sessions, meticulously organized by the Constituency Organizer, Ernest Adom Dikoh , alongside his deputy, Matthew Antwi , focused on rallying branch leaders and equipping them with vital tools for effective grassroots mobilization. On the 22nd of August 2024, the Tinkong Methodist Church in the Akropong Constituency became the venue for an exceptional workshop dedicated to branch profiling—a critical element in the NDC’s electoral preparedness.  The workshop, organized by the Constituency Organizer, Ernest Adom Dikoh , with the support of his deputy, Matthew Antwi , was designed to empower party operatives with the skills necessary for effective branch management. Ernest Dikoh introduced the purpose of the program, stressing the importance of branch profiling in identifying and organizing key support bases throughout the constituency. This strategic focus on grassroots engagement is aimed at maximizing voter turnout and ensuring every branch is well-prepared to contribute to the overall success of the party.

Kofi Agyei Asante , a key member of both the Akropong Constituency and Eastern Regional Fundraising Committees of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) , has made good on a promise he made during his parliamentary candidate bid last year.  Despite losing the candidacy to his fellow NDC member, Hon. John Evans Kumordzi,  Hon. Kofi has stayed true to his word, pledging to support the elected candidate in the run-up to the December 7th, 2024 elections. Today, August 15th, 2024, he delivered on that promise, donating  Ten thousand cedis (10,000 GHC ), Four hundred (400) pieces of printed T-shirts featuring John Evans and NDC's presidential candidate John Mahama , and One hundred (100) campaign posters . 5/08/2024 The Akuapem North Constituency stands united in rejecting the uninspiring and disappointing candidates of the ruling NPP government. The recent visit of the non-performing Vice President and NPP flag bearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, alongside the opportunistic NPP Parliamentary Candidate, Sammi Awuku, to the Presbyterian College of Education in Akropong on August 2, 2024, has further highlighted the government's blatant disregard for the youth and their pressing concerns. In their knee-jerk visit, Dr. Bawumia and Sammi Awuku demonstrated an alarming irresponsibility and lack of empathy. Rather than addressing the critical issues affecting the youth, they indulged in their usual campaign fanfares.
