NDC Women’s Wing Launches Energetic Door-to-Door Campaign in Larteh
By Edwin Kobina Amoquandoh
On Sunday, 15th September 2024, the Women’s Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of Akuapem North took their campaign efforts to the heart of Larteh, engaging residents in an impressive house-to-house and store-to-store outreach. The massive campaign, aimed at mobilizing support for the party ahead of the December elections, was organized by the Constituency Women’s Organizer, Jane Okyerewa Addo, and her deputy, Parise Ababio Fiati.
Prominent among the campaign team were Philip Kwabi Adomako, Paulina, Suzzy Yankson, Olando, Umaru Peregrino Bamah, and other hardworking constituency executives. Their presence brought energy and passion to the campaign trail, engaging directly with the people in their homes and shops, and promoting the NDC’s vision for a prosperous future.
As someone who has closely observed political activities in Larteh, I was personally perplexed by the overwhelming reception given to the NDC team. For a traditional town like Larteh, the outpouring of support and excitement was remarkable, signaling a clear desire for change among the people.
The growing momentum suggests that Larteh is poised to play a pivotal role in the December 7th elections, and I can confidently say that some surprises will come from this vibrant town. The NDC’s message of transformation is taking root, and the dedication of the campaign team will surely yield fruitful results.
Kudos to the executives and grassroots organizers of Larteh for their commitment. The hard work being done today will soon bear fruit, as the winds of change continue to blow across the town.
