Jane Okyerewa Addo’s Walk Through the Larteh Zone: Building Community and Anticipation for the NDC

On October 4, 2024, Jane Okyerewa Addo, the Women’s Organizer for the NDC, embarked on an inspiring walk through the Larteh zone, accompanied by a dedicated group of delegates, including Hon. Gibrine Anagli Mohammed, Philip Peregrino Brima, Monica Yirenkye, Agnes AsareMiriam Peregrino, and several executives. This visit aimed to strengthen ties within the community and build excitement ahead of the upcoming elections.




The event commenced at Larteh PSTS, where the delegation engaged with a few teachers and students, focusing particularly on the hardworking kitchen staff who are vital to the school’s daily operations. Jane and her team presented donations of party paraphernalia, including T-shirts, aprons, and hand bangles etc.. to them. The joy and gratitude expressed by the recipients highlighted the positive impact of the initiative and fostered a spirit of togetherness among those present.





The enthusiasm of the attendees reflected a strong anticipation for the upcoming elections, with many expressing their eagerness to vote for the NDC on December 7, 2024. The energy in the room signified a growing support for the party and reinforced its commitment to addressing the needs of the community.


After the successful stop at Larteh PSTS, the delegation continued to Benkum Senior High School, where they further engaged with local youth and educators. This interaction served to solidify the NDC’s presence in the educational sector and to encourage young people to actively participate in the political process.


The outreach initiative was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Kofi Asante and Margaret Ansah, whose support highlights the importance of community involvement in political activities.
