Tactical Mobilization: Street Campaign and Biker Night Organized by the Mampong Abotekyi Women’s Wing, Led by Zonal Executives and Supervised by Deputy Women Organiser

On the morning of Saturday, 16th November 2024, at exactly 8:00 am, Mampong’s OPK’s joint became the focal point of a significant political activity, as the Mampong Abotekyi Zonal executives spearheaded an impactful street campaign. The initiative, aimed at reinforcing community engagement and consolidating support for the NDC’s agenda, drew notable participation from party leaders and community members alike.





Under the coordination of Mr. Fred Kwame Addo the Mampong Abotekyi Zonal Organiser under the supervision of the Deputy Women's Organiser, Praise Ababio Fiati, the event commenced with a clear sense of purpose. His leadership set a resolute tone, ensuring that the campaign not only reached its logistical goals but also inspired a sense of unity among participants. Joining them was Ajara Mohammed, the Mampong Abotekyi Women’s Organiser, whose presence added vigor to the campaign. Her active involvement highlighted the NDC’s commitment to fostering women’s participation and leadership at all levels.


Adding strategic support were Francisca Ohenewaathe Personal Assistant to the Parliamentary Candidate of Akuapem North. Her role underlined the campaign’s alignment with the constituency’s broader political objectives and showcased sealess coordination between the zonal executives and the aspiring parliamentary office.Communications Officer, Bawa Aminu Sumaila, Youth Organiser, Hon. The campaign unfolded with a lively assembly at OPK’s joint. Emphasizing the party’s connection with the local population. From this hub, the team embarked on a well-organized walk through the streets of Mampong, rallying the community’s attention and spreading key messages about the party’s vision.


The procession progressed towards Remission Church, as the campaign aimed to reach a diverse audience. The combination of chants, engagement, and information sharing energized participants and onlookers, further strengthening the community’s collective spirit.
