Phase 5 of the Constituency’s October of Gratitude (Mampong Zone)

On Saturday, 11th October 2025, exactly at 4:00 p.m., the Constituency Chairman, Hon. Daniel Awere, led the Akuapem North Constituency Executives to the Mampong Zone as part of the ongoing October of Gratitude activities. This visit formed part of the broader plan to engage the grassroots and express appreciation to all zonal and branch executives for their tireless efforts and sacrifices that contributed to the party’s victory.



Present at the meeting were several key party figures, including Hon. John Evans Ayerakwa Kumordzie, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Akuapem North; Baba Tunde, Vice Chairman; Isaac Batsa Hamillin, Secretary; Ahmed Agbenyadzi, Youth Organiser; George Oduro Junior, Deputy Youth Organiser; Bawa Aminu Sumaila, Communications Officer; Banahene, Treasurer; Ernest Adom Dikoh, Organiser; Matthew Antwi, Deputy Organiser; and other notable constituency executives such as CK Man, Gideon Owusu, and Mr. Odoom, among others.


The meeting was characterized by a strong sense of unity and purpose. Hon. Daniel Awere, in his address, expressed profound gratitude to the Mampong zonal and branch executives for their unwavering support throughout the campaign and beyond. He emphasized the importance of staying connected to the grassroots, maintaining party discipline, and strengthening coordination among the various branches to ensure continued success for the NDC in Akuapem North.


Hon. John Evans Ayerakwa Kumordzie, the MCE, also commended the zonal executives for their commitment and hard work. He reiterated the government’s readiness to work closely with the grassroots to deliver on the promises made to the people. He encouraged members to remain steadfast and united as the party continues to pursue development and empowerment for all.


Other executives, including Mr. OdoomMatthew Antwi , Isaac Batsa Hamillin, and Ahmed Agbenyadzi, took turns to address the gathering, each emphasizing teamwork, communication, and accountability within the party structure.


The engagement ended on a high note, with renewed enthusiasm among the Mampong Zone members to continue supporting the leadership of the party at all levels. The executives also assured the zonal branches of continuous collaboration and future engagements as the October of Gratitude Tour progresses to other zones across the constituency.
