THE JOURNEY OF SERVICE: CHAIRMAN DANIEL KOFI AWERE CONCLUDES THE NDC BRANCH EXECUTIVES’ SWEARING-IN TOUR AT AKROPONG ZONE

The journey began on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, as Chairman Daniel Kofi Awere and the constituency leadership embarked on a constituency-wide tour to administer the oath of office to newly elected NDC Branch Executives across the various zones of the Akropong Constituency.



The first stop was Mangoase Zone, where the exercise commenced at exactly 4:00 pm. From Mangoase, the team proceeded to Okorase Zone, continuing the historic exercise of formally ushering the newly elected branch executives into office.

On Thursday, 30 July 2026, the team continued the tour to Adawso Zone, arriving at exactly 2:00 pm. The exercise later continued at Kwamoso Zone, extending the leadership’s engagement with branch executives and grassroots members.

The constituency-wide tour continued as the leadership moved from one zone to another, administering the oath and reinforcing the responsibility entrusted to the newly elected executives.

On Sunday, 9 August 2026, the team continued to Tinkong Zone, where the swearing-in exercise commenced at exactly 2:00 pm. After Tinkong, the team proceeded to Laterh, arriving at exactly 4:00 pm to continue the exercise.

Mampong Zone, Tutu Obosomase Zone, Mamfe Zone also formed part of the constituency-wide swearing-in tour, ensuring that the exercise reached the relevant branches and zones across the constituency.

The long journey finally reached its concluding destination on Sunday, 16 August 2026, at Akropong Zone.

At exactly 4:00 pm, Chairman Daniel Kofi Awere and the constituency leadership arrived at Akropong to administer the final swearing-in exercise. This brought to a close the extensive tour that had taken the leadership through the various zones of the constituency.

From Mangoase to Okorase, Adawso, Kwamoso, Mampong, Tutu Obosomase, Mamfe, Tinkong, Laterh and finally Akropong, the exercise represented more than a series of ceremonies. It was a demonstration of grassroots leadership, commitment to the branches and the determination to strengthen the party from the base.

With the final ceremony at Akropong on 16 August 2026, the constituency-wide swearing-in tour officially came to an end.

One constituency. One grassroots. One renewed commitment to service.

The tour is concluded, but the work continues.
